    Key Responsibilities

    As a Senior Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our communication strategies to align with our business objectives and brand identity. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies, encompassing both overarching campaigns and tactical initiatives.
    • Creating and overseeing the production of engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
    • Managing our social media channels, website, and digital platforms to ensure consistent and impactful content delivery.
    • Cultivating and managing media relations, from drafting press materials to nurturing relationships with key journalists.
    • Coordinating events, webinars, and promotional activities to amplify our brand presence.
    • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maintain messaging consistency and branding coherence.
    • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our communication efforts.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media or communications roles. Exceptional proofreading, writing, and editing skills.
    • A strong grasp of media relations, with experience liaising with various media outlets.
    • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
    • The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, such as WordPress, Canva, and CRM software.
    • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
