    Senior Wealth Account Manager


    • Promote and sell our products to both the existing investor base and prospects;
    • Expand the existing customer base by contacting them (meetings, phone and email), advising, offering tailored solutions (cross-selling; upselling) and building loyalty;
    • Identify new investors, using traditional prospecting methods as well as digital;
    • Use CRM and defining investor groups for specific commercial actions;
    • Handle calls and emails from customers and inbound marketing;
    • Provide support during onboarding and after account opening;
    • Achieve commercial targets (emails/calls/meetings/new accounts/net subscriptions)
    • Monitor and evaluating market and competitive trends;
    • Implement the sales policy;
    • Attend events to increase prospect base and for networking.


    • Bachelors degree, preferably in economics;
    • Minimum 5 years sales experience – mandatory;
    • Experience in dealing with Private Banking clients minimum 6 months – mandatory;
    • Knowledge and understanding of capital market products and instruments;
    • Availability for short term national travel;
    • Customer centric attitude;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Very good negotiation skills;
    • Ability to analyse and synthesize;
    • Team spirit, positive attitude, result oriented at individual and team level;
    • English at minimum intermediate level.
